6. Consider making a donation to our charity to support us further or to sponsor a membership for someone that can’t afford it
7. Register for Gift aid if you are a UK taxpayer
8. Enter your payment details. We recommend choosing Direct Debit so future renewal is automatic, secure and quick. You are protected by the DD Guarantee, are still in control of your payments and can cancel your DD at any time if you wish to end your membership.

Yes, absolutely!

However, If you are living outside of the UK, you are only able to have a digital membership, and you will receive your member pack digitally, not in the post.

If you are a member and want to renew your membership, or were a member some time ago (recently or less recently) then you need to decide what type of membership you want to have before renewing it.

• Postal (£35): you get your magazine and Keeping You Posted newsletters in the post, and other member news by email.
• Digital (£33): you get your magazine and newsletters digitally by email.

Step 1: Check your previous membership record (& note your membership number)

• Click on the ADSHG Hub button below
• Enter your email address and you will get sent a link to click to log in and see your membership record.
• If you are happy with the membership type you have, then go ahead to step 2, below.
• To change your membership type, use the Edit Button.
• Before leaving the ADSHG hub Make a note of your membership number – you will find it in brackets just after your name on all of your monthly news emails.  You need it to renew.
• Log out of the ADSHG Hub (top R).

NB. We ask you to change your membership type BEFORE you renew. This ensures you are charged the correct membership fee for your type of membership.   

Please do not renew and then change your membership type afterwards as it creates a lot of extra admin for the team in then offering you a refund (if you have changed from postal to digital), or charging you an additional fee (if you have changed from digital to postal).   We will receive a notification of your change of membership and will need to follow up with anyone whose fee does not match their membership type.

Step 2: Renew Your Membership

1. Click the Renew now button
2. Choose RENEW MEMBERSHIP and complete the fields on the screen.
3. Enter your membership number
4. Choose your payment method; Direct Debit (DD), Card (Stripe) or Paypal.  We recommend choosing Direct Debit so future renewal is automatic, secure and quick. You are protected by the DD Guarantee, are still in control of your payments and can cancel your DD at any time if you wish to end your membership.
5. That’s it, you are all done.

If you would like to update your membership record with a change to your personal details, or change the type of membership you have (e.g postal or digital), you can do this by visiting the ADSHG Hub.

• Click on the ADSHG Hub button below.
• Enter your email address and you will get sent a link to click to log in and see your membership record.
• Update your personal details using the Edit Button.  If you change your address or your email address, please delete any previous ones.
• To change your membership type, use the Edit Button.
• Log out of the ADSHG Hub (top R).

When you join the ADSHG, an account is created for you on our online forum, and you will be sent details on how to log in.

Membership fees generate income for the charity so that we can continue supporting the Addison's and adrenal insufficiency community. However, our charity and trustees are committed to supporting everyone affected by Addison's and adrenal insufficiency, regardless of their financial circumstances.
