We are thrilled to announce that we are (at last!) able to deliver a selection of our leaflets and publications, sold via our online shop, to EU countries and the United States of America (USA) and Canada.
Due to the complexities of labelling, packaging and customs regulations when sending items abroad, we have only been offering delivery of our shop items to UK addresses. We have had many requests from people living abroad for us to review this and offer postage to the EU and USA/Canada.
We have had the opportunity to investigate this further with our fulfilment provider, who has shared the delivery costs and procedures. As a result, we are now able to send our printed leaflets and booklets to international addresses.
Please note that, unfortunately, we are only able to send printed leaflets and booklets, not any of our other items, such as injection kits or medical alert products. This is due to the regulations mentioned above.
It is important to note that our leaflets are all written for a UK audience, and where they reference healthcare professionals or healthcare systems, these refer to the UK only. As such, not everything in every leaflet will be relevant to your country.

We have created a catalogue which includes our most purchased leaflets (around 10 different ones) for the EU and USA/Canada, which means that when you shop from those countries, you will only see the products that you are able to purchase. This is to ensure that you won't end up with things in your 'shopping basket' that you can't have delivered.
The catalogue includes our most popular leaflets and booklets, as well as our printed step-by-step emergency injection instructions for use with hydrocortisone sodium succinate powder for injection or infusion.
It is important to note that our leaflets are all written for a UK audience, and where they reference healthcare professionals or healthcare systems, these refer to the UK only. As such, not everything in every leaflet will be relevant to your country.
The delivery costs for sending leaflets abroad have been given to us by our fulfilment provider, based on their quotes from delivery companies. The quotes they give us are based on weight, and there are just 2 weight categories available:
Pricing for a parcel weighing up to 0.25 kg (250 g) and
Pricing for a parcel weighing up to 1 kg (1000 g)
Our leaflets and booklets vary in weight, but are often between 10 g and 30 g per leaflet.
Therefore, the weight of your parcel will depend on what you choose to add to your shopping basket.
It is obviously more cost-effective to get as many leaflets as you can into your parcel, without going up to the next weight limit. Depending on your choice, you may be able to get around 10 -12 leaflets for the lower price (250g parcel).
When you go to 'check out', you will only be shown the cheapest available delivery for the weight of your items.

No, the shipping rate you are given when you 'checkout' include all customs, duties or taxes that are due on international deliveries so there is nothing further for you to pay when you receive your item.
The prices above are for a tracked delivery (you will be sent an email with your tracking information) that will take between 3 and 5 business days.
Our fulfilment providers are very efficient and will pack up and send your parcel within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Head to our online store and shop as usual. We use Shopify for our online store, and it cleverly reads your IP address and only shows you the products that are available for delivery to your destination.
- Go to the 'Cart' to check out once you finish choosing your items
The weight of what you have in a cart will determine what price is displayed for your shipping. If it is showing as more expensive than you thought, then you can remove a couple of items to get a lower shipping cost. If you have items in your cart that are over 1kg (our maximum shipping weight) then it will tell you that there are 'no shipping options available'. If this is the case, please remove some items to reduce the weight of your overall package.
