Your gift can make a lasting difference

The ADSHG supports people living with adrenal insufficiency, including Addison's disease, at every stage of their journey.

We provide trusted information, support and resources as well as opportunities for people to connect through member events, local meet-ups and our online community.

We also work with healthcare professionals to improve understanding, recognition and emergency treatment of adrenal insufficiency, including providing adrenal crisis management training for paramedics.

Alongside this, we advocate for better care and patient safety and support research that can help improve quality of life for people living with adrenal insufficiency.

A gift in your will can help us continue this work for future generations.

Explore the ADSHG's work and it's impact

Leaving a gift in my Will to the ADSHG was an easy decision. The charity has provided me with so much support in my lifetime and I hope, in return, I can help it sustain its commitment to advancing medical research and improving patient care.

Your legacy will make a difference for years to come

Every gift matters

You don't have to leave a large gift to make a difference. A gift of any size can help support our work.

  • £100 could support three sponsored memberships.
  • £400 could fund a paramedic adrenal crisis training session.
  • £1,500 could enable us to attend a medical conference and raise awareness among healthcare professionals.

My beautiful, caring, loving daughter passed away aged 25 with Addison's and in her courageous honour, we would like to continue to support the Addison's Disease Self-Help Group in their hard work.

Thinking about leaving a gift in your will?

Thank you for considering leaving a legacy donation.  A gift in your will can help ensure that people living with Addison’s disease and adrenal insufficiency continue to have access to the information, support and advocacy they need.

We understand that making or updating a will is a personal decision. Your family and loved ones will always come first, but if you decide you'd like to remember the ADSHG in your will, our free guide explains the different types of gifts you can leave and how to get started.
